The PREMUS 2004 Program consists in one day of Tutorials and Workshops on Sunday July 11 followed by a four day conference. Please find the pre-conference program on the Workshops&Tutorials page.

The conference fee includes participation in all open sessions, conference proceedings, refreshment breaks, lunch, welcome reception and ticket for public transport in the urban area of Zurich.

The tutorial and workshop fee includes participation in the tutorial / workshop, handouts and refreshment breaks.

Presenters: Anybody who is presenting in one of the sessions. For each accepted contribution, one person must register on or before March 31, 2004. Presenting authors can register at reduced fee (same as early registration) till March 31, 2004.

Students can register at reduced fee. At the conference check - in, they will have to provide proof such as student identification card which is valid at the time of registration. Students registration fee includes participation in all open sessions, conference proceedings, refreshment breaks, lunch, welcome reception and ticket for public transports in the urban area of Zurich.

Social Event: Our social evening will take place on Wednesday July 14, 2004. We are looking forward to enjoy a wonderful and refreshing summer evening. Price: 70.- CHF (not incuded in the conference fee)

Accompanying Persons: PREMUS 2004 welcomes all accompanying persons to the conference and to share in the excitement of the event. Accompanying person registration fee includes access to the welcome reception, to the opening and closing plenary sessions as well as access to the social evening.

Extra proceedings: Price: CHF 60.- You can order one extra proceeding on our online registration form. Until May 31, 2004 you can pay online by credit card or by bank transfer and you will recieve the proceedings on site when you check - in. If you want more than one extra please contact: premus2004@web.ethz.ch.
A limited number of conference proceedings will be available on site.

Registration fees: All fees below are listed in CHF [Swiss Franc], in parantheses the approximate equal in EUR [Euro] is indicated. Please note: The conference fee does not include any workshops / tutorials. You have to register for these pre - conference events separately.

Payment: The registration form must be accompanied by payment in CHF. Until June 30, 2004, we accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards as well as bank transfer (see details below). At the on-site registration, we also accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards. Payment can also be provided in cash.

Cancellation: All cancellation received in written form ( fax + 41 1 632 11 73) by May 15, 2004 will be refunded, less CHF 100.- (€ 66.-), which will be deducted for administrative expenses.
For cancellations received in written form from May 16, 2004 until June 20, 2004, one half of the registration well be refunded. No refunds well be made after June 20, 2004.

If for organisational reasons tutorials or workshops must be cancelled, the total fee minus the price for the tutorial handouts will be refunded.

If you can not attend the conference, your registration may be transferred by giving a collegue a letter authorizing the transfer.
